Laghetto Hotéis is a benchmark in the hotel, resort, and experience market in Brazil, reflecting its commitment to high-quality service and customer hospitality in its more than 24 units spread across the country.
With their new website, we aim to reflect these foundational values of the brand in an online experience that matches what the brand offers to its guests even before they step into one of the network's units.
Challenge
Laghetto approached us with very significant needs for the website, one of their main sales channels. The old experience did not deliver (not even close) the values that are explicit to anyone who has stayed at a unit of the network.
Besides the issues of communication and aesthetics, the old website hindered various sectors of the company, which, because they were not included in the old project, had to manually handle issues that could easily be mitigated by a well-constructed website.
Solution
Starting from our research and immersion process, we talked with all the sectors that were, in some way, impacted by the website, in order to empathize and try to find ways to include them in the new project. This collaborative and horizontal dynamic greatly contributed to our ability to structure a very complete website that meets the diverse needs of Laghetto's operation.
After thoroughly refining the issues related to UX, we consolidated the collaborative vision of the project through a UI built with carefully planned components in a Design System created from scratch by Duck, ensuring the cohesion of the project across its different navigation flows.
